If you are letting out your holiday home you have a legal obligation to ensure that any electrical appliances in your property with the potential to cause injury are kept in a safe condition for your visitors to use. The recommended way is to ensure you carryout regular inspection and testing.
Fixed fee service
Our caravan and Chalet PAT Testing service costs £25 per property and includes the following:
- Thorough visual inspection
- Pass & fail labelling
- Minor repairs
- Fuse replacement (as required)
- Testing of ALL portable Appliances including extension leads. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- All requied tests on computerised equipment
- Plug rewiring or new standard plugs (as required) with free retest
- Comprehensive Report of results and findings
