2. If accepted, we efficiently and comprehensively test your appliances when it suits you, applying only relevant tests to each appliance to ensure that they continue to function effectively. Where required, we will replace faulty plugs and fuses - free of charge.

3. On completion we will then send you a detailed report of the results, along with our invoice.
